Shipping policy
We ship across Canada and the United States from Vancouver, BC.
We offer free shipping on orders over $60 anywhere in Canada and United States. Under $60, a flat shipping rate of $12 apply. Prices display in your local currency depending on where you're shopping from.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a tracking link the moment your order leaves us.
Canada
- British Columbia: 2–4 business days
- Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba: 3–5 business days
- Ontario, Quebec: 4–6 business days
- Atlantic Canada: 5–8 business days
- Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut: 7–14 business days
United States
- 6-12 business days, depending on your state and customs clearance
These are estimates from our carriers. Weather and holidays could add a day or two. If something's taking longer than it should, don't hesitate to contact us and we'll chase it down.
A note for our U.S. customers
We are a small team fulfilling every order from Vancouver, Canada. When shipping into the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as determined by U.S. Customs.
These charges are not included in your product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. They may be collected by the carrier at delivery.
We are not able to reimburse or refund customs, duties, or taxes charged by U.S. Customs.
