We are a small team fulfilling every order from Vancouver, Canada. When shipping into the United States, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and tariffs as determined by U.S. Customs.

These charges are not included in your product or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer. They may be collected by the carrier at delivery. The amount is set by U.S. Customs at the border, based on what is in your order and where it was made.

Returns and exchanges

Any import duties, taxes, or tariffs you paid at delivery are collected by U.S. Customs, and they never pass through us. We are not able to refund or reimburse customs, duties, or taxes for refunds or exchanges.
